How Do I Exchange An Item?

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges for size related issues. If something is too small or too big, please fill out and submit the Size Exchange Request Form, and we will get you something that fits correctly. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Your new package will be shipped to you once your old package is received and processed at our warehouse.

Canadian customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse; Menlo Club will cover the shipping on the way back to you. Please contact service@themenlohouse.com and our member experience team will be happy to help facilitate your exchange.
