First Package: New Member
Welcome to the Menlo Club! Your first month's package are typically processed and shipped out within 10-14 business days of your sign up date. Remember, business days are Monday - Friday! From this point forward, all you have to do is open the package that comes to your door every month, and never worry about shopping again.
Second Package: Second Month Member
We are so excited for you to receive your second Menlo Club package! Your card on file will be charged on the 15th of every month and aim to ship your package within 10-14 business days after the charge date. We will do our best to communicate any delays, if you have any trouble tracking your package, please contact service@themenlohouse.com and we can look into this further for you.
Third+ Package: Recurring Member
Don't forget, your card on file will be charged on the 15th of every month. If you need to make any changes to your account status, please make sure to contact us 1 business day before the 15th of the month.
