Billing
The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Menlo Club members are charged on the 15th.
Payment Forms
At the moment Menlo Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or PayPal.
Duties/Tariffs
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an extra $7 in addition to the $60 monthly fee.
Canadian Club members are responsible for a $25 surcharge and as well as any charges incurred due to international shipping. Five Four Club has no control over these charges.
Californians
Due to government changes in online sales policy we are now forced to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of California.
