How do I cancel my membership?

Members can cancel their account by submitting the cancellation form which is available at their member dashboard. After submitting the cancellation form, no further action from member will be required.

Or, members can use Live Chat to update their member status between 8:00AM PST and 5:00PM PST or email in at [e-mail].

To access a Live Chat representative, simply log into your account and a chat window will appear at the bottom right of your web browser. In order to opt out of the month’s package, cancellations must be done before the 14th of the month.
